Abstract

  • In March 2025, the Year-on-Year (y-on-y) inflation rate of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was recorded at 2.91 percent, with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 110.11.
     
  • The y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases, as indicated by the rising indices of expenditure groups. Based on the inflation rates, the groups are as follows: Food, beverages, and tobacco group: 2.77 percent ; Clothing and footwear group: 6.68 percent; Housing equipment, appliances, and routine household maintenance group: 0.22 percent. In addition to groups that experienced price increases, some expenditure groups also experienced price declines (deflation), namely: Housing, water, electricity, and household fuels group: 2.01 percent; and Information, communication, and financial services group: 0.28 percent
  • The Month-to-Month (m-to-m) inflation rate and the Year-to-Date (y-to-d) inflation rate for Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March 2025 were recorded at 1.68 percent and 1.2 percent, respectively.
