Visit of BPS-Statistics OKI Regency & OKI Regional Government to BPS-Statistics South Sumatera

OIC visited BPS Provincial South Sumatra in the context of the 2024 Love Statistics Village activity hearing. The delegation from the OKI Regional Government was led by the Regent's Expert Staff for Economics, Finance and Development of the Regional Secretariat of the District. OIC Mr. Alexsander, S.P., M.Si, who was accompanied by a number of related officials, including Plt. Head of the Communications and Information Service Mr. Adi Yanto, S.Pd, M.Si, Head of PIP and Statistics of the Communications and Information Service Mr. Indra Jaya, SKM, M.Si, Head of E-Government Services, Communications and Information Service Mr. Muttaqin NS, S.Kom, and Head of Village Development and Appropriate Technology for the PMD Service, Mrs. Juli Romiati, SE. In this audience, the group was well received by the Head of the General Section of BPS Provincial. South Sumatra Ir. Taupiq Hidayat Nr, M.M., along with the BPS Statistics Love Village team for South Sumatra Province. Head of the South Sumatra Province BPS Statistics Love Village Team, Mr. Aris Wijayanto, in his presentation conveyed several aspects of the assessment of beautiful villages in 2024 as well as the timeline that must be met together. Representing the OKI Regional Government, Mr Alex in his speech said that the Village of Love Statistics Program which is being implemented by BPS is very important to support the government's program to build the nation from the grassroots level. This activity needs to be fully supported by all parties. Therefore, the OKI Regional Government is trying to help facilitate this activity so that it can run smoothly and according to expectations. At the end of the visit, he also expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome from BPS and hoped that the collaboration that had been established could have a positive impact on regional development. He also stated his commitment to continue collaborating in efforts to create accurate and relevant data for the benefit of better development.
