BPS-Statstics of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (BPS OKI) recently organized the Quarterly VIMK Officers Briefing activity for the Year 2024 This briefing activity aims to increase the competence of field officers in collecting data and updating data related to small micro industry efforts in the region of Ogan Komering Ilir.

In this briefing activity, the participants are provided with a variety of important materials, ranging from the methodology of small micro industry data collection, how to interview techniques for efficient respondents, to the use of relevant information technology tools using the Fluent technique. The briefing activities last for one effective day and also include discussion sessions to ensure field officers are prepared for challenges on the field.

The head of BPS OKI also stressed the importance of the accuracy and accuracy of the collected data, because the data will be one of the basis of PDRB's calculation which will be important for planning and taking of economic policy at the local and national level.
