Trade Balance of Sumatera Selatan Province for June 2019 Has a Surplus of US $ 251,78 Million

·       The export value of South Sumatra in June 2019 has decreased by 20.35 percent compared to export value in May 2019. Likewise when compared to the same period in 2018 (January - June 2018) exports of South Sumatra Province decreased by 7.01 percent.

·       The export value of South Sumatra Province in June 2019 amounted to US $ 302.78 million consisting of oil and gas exports of US $ 20.50 million and US $ 282.28 million as a result of exports of non-oil and gas commodities.

·       China, Malaysia and the United States are the main export destination countries of South Sumatra in the period January-June 2019, reaching US $ 662.71 million, US $ 184.80 million and US $ 176.30 million respectively, with the role of the three reaching 51.29 percent of total exports for the period January - June 2019.

·       The import value of South Sumatra in June 2019 was US $ 51.00 million or increased by 24.91 percent compared to May 2019.

·       Imports of South Sumatra Province in June 2019 amounting to US $ 51.00 million consisted of oil and gas imports of US $ 2.25 million and non-oil and gas revenues of US $ 48.75 million.

·       The country of origin of imports was the largest period January - June 2019, namely China with an import value of US $ 89.15 million, followed by Malaysia with an import value of US $ 38.06 million and Canada with an import value of US $ 24.89
